The unique HiSilicon chipset

HiSilicon Hi3798C V200 by Huawei from 2016 is offered in architecture with a 4-core 64-bit Cortex A53 CPU processor and 4-core graphics Mail-720 GPU. It is undoubtedly one of the best components available in set top box devices. The graphics module Mali-720 GPU is 5 times more efficient than the extremely popular Mali-450, which is used in generally available devices from other manufacturers.

The KODI media player in version 17.1 Krypton is pre-installed as part of the standard software along with the producer’s pad – wrappers. Thanks to this unique solution directly in KODI, we are able to get both 7.1 HD-Audio and full 4K @ 60Hz 10 bit or 3D BD ISO support. This is a feature unattainable for other players that characterizes HiMedia’s products. It allows you to easily combine the KODI multimedia capabilities with the hardware capabilities of the device, both in support for most formats and high image quality.

Device management is possible from the level of an Android phone / tablet thanks to the HiControl application. The content of the HiMedia Q10 screen is displayed on our mobile device, thanks to which we can easily control the device. It is also possible to share the screen from a phone or tablet on the TV screen, i.e. the so-called mirror image (MiraCast and AirPlay) and multimedia playback via DLNA
