The transducer is necessary in situations where we have a sound source with only digital outputs (e.g. some models of TV receivers, SAT tuners, cable TV decoders, etc.) that we want to connect to an amplifier (receiver, home theater system, etc.) with only analogue inputs.

Connection:

1. Connect the source device via HDMI cable to the “Input” socket
2. Connect the output device with an HDMI cable to the “Output” socket
3. Connect the output device with a 2xRCA (cinch) cable to the L / R socket or a Toslink optical cable to the SPDiF socket
4. Connect the included DC5V adapter
5. Start the devices
